Registered General Nurse – Lancashire

£20 – £24 per hour

Team Support Healthcare are a market leading agency, specialising in the recruitment and fulfilment within the healthcare industry. We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Mental Health Nurse to join a well recognised client of ours in Chorley. This is a 3 month contract minimum with a review of extension following the contracted period.

Responsibilities:

-Dressing wounds within a clinic and the local community,
-Assessing Diabetic patients, looking for signs of ulcers, infections or other complications,
-Monitoring progress, documenting findings and updating patient care plans.

Requirements for this role:
– Knowledge & Experience with wound care,
– Full UK Driver’s Licence and access to car, 
– Awareness of Diabetic foot ulcers and critical ischaemic limbs.
